Wyndham Executive Center-Columbia Mall

This hotel had the most well appointed gym I’ve ever seen at a hotel. All the usual cardio equipment plus dumbbells, barbells, a full array of weight circuit machines, mats, yoga balls, etc. Equipment was older, but all worked well. I was here for a week, so really appreciated being able to easily keep up with my workouts while away from home.

Perfect hotel for what we needed! Stopped here last night on our way across country back home. I was a bit hesitant based on reviews, but I’m happy we chose to stay here. The location right off I-70 is super convenient. The hotel is also a conference center, so it’s huge. It’s an older property, but has been recently updated. It’s clean, spacious, and well taken care of. All of the staff we dealt with were fantastic. However I would say they were definitely understaffed for how busy they were. That’s a fault of management, not the staff and was also evident in the attached restaurant. I reviewed the restaurant separately, and that was the highlight of our stay. The rooms are nicely updated, clean, and exactly what I expect from a 3 star Wyndham property. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were very nice. The rooms look exactly like the stock photos shown online. The bathroom was nicely updated and the provided great soaps/lotion. They have one of the best equipped gym/fitness centers I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and I’m disappointed I didn’t get pictures. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool was closed, but the indoor pool was clean and nicely heated. Overall this was an outstanding hotel, that provides exactly what it’s supposed to. My only recommendation would be for management to properly staff the hotel and restaurant for the hotel occupancy. You should be setting your staff up for success, not to be overworked and constantly trying to catch up. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip home from CO!

We had our organization’s conference here and it couldn’t have gone better! The rooms were super comfortable and well kept, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is great too—lots of local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Overall, a really nice place to stay and host an event. Highly recommend!

I went for a tour for a possible convention for an organization I'm involved with. Shermane was great! Very friendly and professional, provided all information I was inquiring about and then some..The hotel is under renovation and so far is looking very,very nice.all staff that I came in contact with or in passing were very welcoming and friendly. I look forward to the possibility of our organization having a long term relationship with Shermane and this hotel.

I recently came into town to visit family and the rooms were amazing for the price point. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. When you book look out for Ainsley at the front desk she will make sure everything is perfect for you! She’s the best!

Surprisingly nice for the price. Staff was friendly, room was quite even though by the freeway as well as large with a bathroom large enough for a stool for putting on makeup. Full size hair dryer too. Breakfast is nothing special basically what you get for free at other places, premade sugar waffles,potatoes, sausages, powdered scrambled eggs, package bagels, just if you were curious what is offered.

The front desk was so helpful. The rooms were awesome and Ainsley was a delight! She ensured our stay was everything we needed and more!

Yasmine and Sara were a blast. We Had the street tacos and onion rings. They were very good. All the drinks on the new drink menu sounded great. My wife enjoyed several Margaritas. I was partial to the Cucumber Kickoff.
